Application procedure

Once you have sent us your CV, we open a job application file. We screen your application and send you an e-mail to confirm receipt. If you are reacting to a specific vacancy, the recruitment process can go very quickly. Sometimes people are contacted and invited the same week or even the same day. Usually, the entire process takes between 3 and 6 weeks. Until you receive news, the procedure is not complete. You can always contact us via jobs@deme.be

Have you applied?

Our Recruiters will examine whether you are offering what we are looking for. If your profile fits a specific vacancy, your application is forwarded to the department concerned. If the management there feels that you could be right for the job, you will receive an invitation for an initial exploratory interview with one of our recruiters.
If, after that initial interview, we think you could fit our profile, you will be invited for an in-depth interview. Then you will talk to the manager who is responsible for the department with the suitable vacancy, and possibly other people with whom you would be working afterwards.

If you think it is right, and so do we?

We will make you a proposal in the form of a contract and a matching salary package. If your application does not correspond to a vacancy, we will keep your details in our applicant database and we will contact you as soon as there is a suitable vacancy. In that case, you will be notified by e-mail or letter.
