Recruitment procedures

Does one of our vacancies appeal to you, or would you like to make a spontaneous application? Then create land for the future and apply, using our Online Application Form.

How to apply?

Once you entered your personal details in the Online Application Form, all your information will be accessible for us and you will receive an email to confirm your application. Our recruiters will assess your application as soon as possible. If you are applying for a specific actual vacancy, the recruitment process can go very quickly. Our aim is to contact or invite our applicants in the same week as they apply. Anyway, the entire recruitment process will take between 3 and 6 weeks. As long as you did not receive any news, the procedure is not complete. You can always contact us via jobs@deme.be if you experience any problems regarding your application.

What happens with your application?

Our recruiters will examine whether you offer what we are looking for. If your profile matches with a specific vacancy, your application will be forwarded to the department concerned. If the management of that department feels that you are the person they are looking for, you will receive an invitation for an initial exploratory interview with one of our recruiters.

If you pass this initial interview (a few parameters will be assessed), you will get the opportunity to talk to the manager who is responsible for the department with the actual vacancy. (in-depth interview).

What if you think this is the right job for you, and so do we?

We will make you a proposal in the form of a contract and a matching salary package. If your application does not correspond to a vacancy, we will keep your details in our applicant database and we will contact you as soon as there is a suitable vacancy. In that case, you will be notified by email.
