Why did you choose DEME?

When I was a student I worked for DEME for two weeks during the summer holidays. After that I did a two week apprenticeship in another company. I got to know the group as an open, dynamic and highly professional organisation. The employees’ positivism and entrepreneurship was the decisive factor for me to apply.

What do you like about your job?

Currently I’m being trained as a 2nd engineer on board of the Atlantico Due. In the beginning we had some minor technical problems as we didn’t have spare parts for every single component. Therefore, I was asked to be creative and to try and figure out a solution. It’s just fantastic that my superiors encourage me to educate myself and to think out of the box.

Would you recommend DEME to friends and acquaintances? Why?
